Pseudobasilicus lawrowi
Product Description
Rare trilobite of the Asaphids family, has the characteristic of being very flat compared to the other Asaphidos of the same area, there are two species, the Pseudobasilicus lawrowi, and the Pseudobasilicus planus, probably used it to hide from predators in the mud floor, just the eyes are over the mud, a strategy similar to that used today the soles . Obviously not stand out as much as the Asaphus Kowalewsky or the Asaphus cornutus, but they are much more planes in comparison.
